Overall Resource Support

Administrative support is organized into three main functions as follows:

Contract and Human Resources Management

This function supports the operations of Chula Unisearch, Chulalongkorn University, by overseeing both contract management related to Chula Unisearch activities and internal human resources administration.

Accounting and Finance

This function is responsible for managing financial operations, including budgeting, revenue, and expenditure accounting. It entails collecting, reviewing, and analyzing financial data, and verifying the accuracy of budgetary receipts and disbursements across all categories.

Procurement

Procurement plays a crucial role in supporting operations, ensuring that activities related to procurement, purchasing, and asset management under various project administrations are conducted transparently, verifiably, and with integrity.
