Contract and Human Resources Management
This function supports the operations of Chula Unisearch, Chulalongkorn University, by overseeing both contract management related to Chula Unisearch activities and internal human resources administration.
Contract Management
Involves drafting, reviewing, and monitoring contracts related to personnel, external collaborators, counterparties, or various projects of Chula Unisearch, ensuring compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and requirements. It also includes systematic contract record-keeping to promote transparency, minimize operational risks, and coordinate with relevant units to ensure efficient contract administration.
Human Resources Management
Responsible for managing internal personnel matters, including recruitment, staffing and appointments, and development of staff capabilities, as well as overseeing employee rights, benefits, and welfare. This function aims to create a supportive working environment, ensure staff readiness and morale, foster efficient work performance, and enhance overall quality of life, enabling personnel to contribute effectively and sustainably to Chula Unisearch’s mission.
